We worked with Advance America, an US-based credit company that processes day loans to long term loans to its customers. Allowing their customers to get pre-approved loans via the AI assistant was one of the processes that we could help Advance America to fulfil loans efficiently to their customers.
ABOUT CASE
As part of the loan origination process, taking up a loan requires a lot of manual checking and documents for verification before it can be approved. A lot of customers usually heads down to the branches to apply for a loan and it usually takes a a while to process them as it requires a lot of credit checking on the customer so that loans can be approved and given to the customer. With this AI Loan Assistant, we are able to allow the customers to get pre-approved loans through the chat by submitting relevant information and documents and get their loan approvals processed immediately. This cuts down a lot of time wastage on their side as well as allowing more loans to be processed and approved compared to walk-in customers. Once the loan has been pre-approved, the customers just needs to head down to their selected branch to collect their loan amount and it saves them time being wasted at the branch itself.
