We worked with AxisBank, the third largest private sector bank in India with their Conversational AI Assistant,"AHA" and now we are tasked to take this one notch ahead into the future, to create a NextGen Banking Experience.

ABOUT CASE

I was tasked with my team to come up with ideas on what a NextGen Banking Experience could be like? We felt that 'Voice' is probably the future of NextGen Experience even though voice is commonly used and is one of the most primitive communication channels but why one full circle back to voice? Nowadays, Voice activation commands through voice to Google Assistants, Siri, Bixby is getting common and people actually found it more convenient to issue a voice command than typing or pressing a series of buttons. Gone are the days where you have to wait for more than 30mins on the phone listening to an IVR that doesn't even knows what you need. It will be different if the voice on the other side of the IVR is actually AI and it can understand complex contexts/compound queries to fulfil your needs.

Our NextGen Experience can be on your mobile phone, your smart home tv, Alexa and of course your mobility pc or mac, it's in fact channel agnostic and they are all synced up no matter which device you choose to do your banking with. As it's WebSDK-based, it does not requires you to download or install any applications and you can gain access to it no matter which part of the world/galaxy you're in. The application itself knows you well, knows your spending habits, knows your frequently used transactions and even knows if you're going for a holiday and will propose relevant content even before you know it.

It has also third-party applications like your digital wallet if you use it on your mobile phone, hail a uber directly through the voice ai assistant or even scan and pay for groceries at a supermarket all at the touch of your fingertips. This is the NexGen Banking Experience for you. It is currently in development and "AHA" is already available online for you to do banking with while we working on upgrading "AHA" to the NextGen Experience.
