We worked with M+S, a joint venture between Kazanah Group from Malaysia and Temasek Holdings from Singapore to come up with a solution for their premium developments located in Bugis and Marina Bay.
ABOUT CASE
I was tasked to develop a one-of-a-kind cross development mobile application that enables it's users to Live, Work & Play through a central eco-system built with the latest IoT technology as well as lifestyle services. Users from DUO and Marina One can use the digital access card built within the app to access turnstiles and lifts. It even comes with parking gantry access and car locator functionality.
It comes with a full array of smart controls like air-con controls, digital door locks, curtains/blinds, projector, lighting and many more smart devices that you can think of whether its the office tenants or residence from both properties. It also comes with a guest management system that enables you to invite guests to your office/apartment through the app and they can access the turnstile and lifts via the temporary issued digital access card as well and not to mention the wide range of amenities that you can book through the app itself.
